Refund Policy for Digital Products.
Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are only offered under specific conditions:
Eligibility for Refunds:
1. Technical Issues:
If the digital product is corrupted, incomplete, or cannot be downloaded.
We will attempt to resolve the issue by providing a functional version or download assistance.
2. Incorrect Product Delivered:
If you receive a product different from what was ordered, you can request a refund or exchange.
Non-Refundable Cases:
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Accidental purchases.
- Failure to read the product description or system requirements.
- Downloaded and functional products.
Refund Process:
1. Submit a Request:
Submit a refund request within 7 days of purchase with your order details and an explanation of the issue.
2. Resolution:
Our team will review your request within 3-5 business days.
If approved, the refund will be issued via your original payment method.
3. Timeframe:
Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Return and Refund Policy for Physical Products
We aim to ensure your satisfaction with our physical products. Please note the following:
Refunds and Returns are Not Supported for:
- Wrong size, color, or design selected by the customer.
- Change of mind after purchase.
Eligible Cases for Refund, Replacement, or Reprint:
1. Damaged/Defective Products or Manufacturing Errors:
If the product is damaged, defective, or contains a manufacturing error, contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Provide a clear photo showing the issue, along with your order ID, via the “Refund Page.”
2. Lost or Returned Orders:
If an invalid address was provided and the product is returned to sender or lost, a refund of the product price (excluding shipping) will be issued.
For unsuccessful deliveries, you may opt for a reprint at an additional charge or a partial refund.
3. Multiple Affected Products:
If multiple products with the same design are affected, an additional photo and video showing all items in one frame will be required for confirmation.

FRDigitalStore is not responsible and cannot be held responsible for incorrect size, color, or design selection by the customer.
Refunds, reprints, or replacements will only be provided for eligible cases as described above.
