Welcome to the FRDigitalStore Affiliate Program! By joining our program, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility.

1.a. Affiliates must be at least 18 years of age.
1.b. Affiliates must own and operate a website, blog, or other online platform that aligns with our brand values. Advertising networks and social media pages are not eligible to participate.
1.c. FRDigitalStore reserves the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at its sole discretion.

2. Commissions.

2.a. Affiliates earn a 10% commission on each qualifying sale made through their unique affiliate link.
2.b. Qualifying sales exclude taxes, shipping costs, returns, cancellations, and fraudulent transactions.
2.c. Affiliates will receive commissions on their own purchases.

2.d. For instant download products, affiliate commissions for qualifying sales are available for withdrawal 7 days after the purchase date.

2.e. For shipping products, commissions are available for withdrawn 20 days after the product has been successfully delivered to the customer

2.f. Commissions are paid on the 25th of each month.

 

3. Cookie Duration.

3.a. Our affiliate tracking cookies are valid for 30 days.
3.b. Affiliates will receive 10% commission on every qualify sale during the 30 days period.

4. Payouts.

4.a. The minimum payout amount is $20.
4.b. Commissions are paid on the 25th of each month.
4.c. Payment methods include:

Flutterwave Transfer: No transfer fees apply.

Direct Bank Transfer: A 3.8% transaction fee applies. Direct bank transfer is available only to specific countries (see Section 5).

5. Payment Availability by Region.

Payments via direct bank transfer are available only to the following countries:

Europe: Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain
Africa: Cameroon, Côte d’Ivoire, Ethiopia, Ghana, Kenya, Nigeria, Senegal, South Africa
United Kingdom and Northern Ireland
North America: United States

6. Affiliate Responsibilities.

6.a. Affiliates must ensure their platform does not host any prohibited content, including but not limited to:

Hate speech

Pornographic material

Illegal activities
6.b. Affiliates are responsible for ensuring their affiliate links are correctly placed and functional.
6.c. Affiliates must comply with all local laws and regulations regarding affiliate marketing and online advertising.

7. Termination.

7.a. Affiliates may leave the program at any time by notifying FRDigitalStore.
7.b. FRDigitalStore reserves the right to terminate an affiliate’s participation at any time for:

Violation of these terms and conditions

Fraudulent activity

Damage to the reputation of FRDigitalStore

8. Program Modifications.

8.a. FRDigitalStore reserves the right to modify or terminate the affiliate program at any time, with or without prior notice.
8.b. Affiliates will be notified of any significant changes to the program terms via email.

9. Liability.

FRDigitalStore is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from participation in the affiliate program.
